Saturday Daylong Retreats

Our monthly one-day retreats are an opportunity to experience a deeper level of calm and balance, and explore different meditation practices in a relaxed environment.  Each retreat involves meditation instruction, a discussion, and time for questions and answers around practice themes. Faculty-led Classes

Each of SIM’s courses and study groups provide an in-depth focus on meditation instruction or the integration of the psychology, teachings, and methods of the Historical Buddha into our everyday lives and relationships.
